Executive Officer to the Deputy for Acquisition and Systems Management (DASM) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASAALT). Serves as the Chief of Staff and primary staff assistant to the DASM leading an organization consisting of 160 military and civilian personnel providing management oversight of over 200 acquisition programs valued at over $44B annually. Responsible for executive level coordination, administration and collaboration of HQDA actions for all Army acquisition programs including Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP) and Major Automated Information Systems (MAIS) across 12 Program Executive Offices. Acquisition Advisor to the Commander, United States Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A), serving in an Operation Enduring Freedom joint environment consisting of U.S. Service branches, Afghan National Security and Coalition Forces. Provides acquisition oversight for 12 Program Executive Offices consisting of over 6000 personnel and 44 programs worth in excess of $5B. Plans and manages the redeployment and retrograde of all assigned personnel and equipment. Supports the training and fielding of equipment for US, Coalition and Joint Forces in the Combined Joint Operational Area-Afghanistan. Integrates materiel fielding, policy and requirements to fulfill Operational Needs Statements, Coalition Needs Statements, and Joint Urgent Operational Needs Statements. Serves on the USFOR-A Commander's Action Group to shape the strategic vision for joint operations and acquisition-related special projects.

Department of the Army Systems Coordinator for HQDA OASA(AL&T) covering and leading coordination for programs in the Project Manager, Soldier Warrior portfolio including; Ground Soldier Systems (Nett Warrior), Air Soldier Systems, Mobile Handheld Computing Environment, and Product Director for Soldier Systems and Integration (Tactical Communications and Protective System, Soldier Enhancement Program, Soldier Power). Coordinates all program functions within the Army and DoD Joint Staff and Congress. Actively participates in the Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS) process including the preparation and staffing of budgets that exceed $766M annually and $3.2B over the period FY12-17. Assists in the development, justification and defense of program strategies and budget positions. Coordinates with HQDA Staff, ASA (FM&C), Army Budget Office and briefs the senior leadership of the Army (SA, CSA, USA & VCSA), Office of the Secretary of Defense and Congress.

Assistant Product Manager (APM) responsible for the development, testing, production, fielding and life-cycle management of the Nett Warrior (NW), an Acquisition Category II program valued in excess of $1.4B; assists the Product Manager in managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk for the NW program; principal lead of a diverse team of 48 government civilians and contractors; serves as the future initiatives lead for rapidly integrating emerging technologies into the program with a budget of $20M across the POM; serves as the program Test and Evaluation lead responsible for planning and coordination of all program test activities with a budget of $36M across the POM; interfaces with senior leadership in industry, TRADOC, Army Staff, Joint Staff, and OSD T&E to ensure requirements are met in a timely and cost effective manner; serves as acting Product Manager when required.

Assistant Product Manager, Land Warrior (LW) responsible for the testing, production, fielding and sustainment of the LW system. Prinicipal lead for a 50-person Program Integrated Product Team managing the cost, schedule and technical performance of a $177.4M production and fielding effort. Plans and coordinates all testing activities, contract actions and New Equipment Training in support of operational forces; deploys to OEF to manage Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Unit System Integration. Serves as the PEO Soldier Liaison to TRADOC's Future Force Integration Directorate (FFID). Coordinates, synchronizes and executes Soldier transformation efforts through the integration of Soldier capabilities with the Army Evaluation Task Force (AETF). Coordinates with OSD, Department of the Army Staff and Agencies, USASOC, TRADOC and ATEC. Performs the duties as acting Product Manager as required.
