As the CEO of Emmaus Aquatic Club, I have worked with our personnel and our BoD to excite our base and forge new paths for an organization steeped in history and tradition. Some of our successes include:- USA Swim Team growth from 130 to over 200 members- Establishment of a USA Swim Team Sponsorship Program- Team best-ever VCC score for Long Course in.

In August, I began my first term as Middle Atlantic Swimming Coaches Representative. My responsibilities within this role are to Chair the MA Coaches Rep Committee and to be the voice of the MA Coaches on the MA Board of Directors.

In my 5 years as MA Tech Planning Chair, I had the pleasure of tackling the challenge of meeting the competitive needs of our 11,000 athlete members. We have the 5th most swimmers of any LSC, and we have very few high-level competitive venues. We have used outside-the-box thinking and planning to enhance the competitive opportunities of our membership..

Coach Rob Herb gave me the opportunity to direct the Lehigh University Swimming Clinics in 2015. We offer several Swim Clinic Series: Spring, Holiday, and Fall.

I served 3.5 years as the Head Coach and Team Director for BLUE Eagle Swim Team. Working closely with the BoD, we set a strong course for the team and changed the mission statement of our non-profit organization. Over the past few years, our membership grew from 85 to 140, and our membership/volunteer base was inspirational. Over 2016 and 2017, Blue Eagle.

From 2010 to 2012, I had the privilege of being the Director of Competitive Aquatics for Hunterdon County YMCA. During that time, the team grew to max capacity and improved from qualifying 4 members for YMCA Nationals to qualifying 21 members. With tremendous support from our membership and volunteer base, we increased our revenue by 83% over this time.

As part-owner of STAR Aquatics, we grew the team from 60 members at one site to 700 members across 7 sites. My work at STAR Aquatics allowed me to see the larger scope of operating a business. My experience there allowed me to utilize my creativity in creating a unique product, and it empowered me to see my visions to fruition.
