I started my career in a large State Govt Department working in IT and Telecommunications. It was a great exposure to an enterprise battling through Y2K, outsourcing contracts and the transition to technologies such as VOIP and Video conferencing. My networking and telecommunications skills saw me move to a niche telecommunications company providing complex voice and data solutions to many large mining, banking, broadcasting and government clients across Australia.In 2003 I joined David Staeck who had started his own business a few years earlier. I studied with and worked with David in years gone by and we both shared a solid work ethic and strong understanding of all things networking. Over 20 odd years at Focus Networks, I have settled comfortably into the Operations Director role. It has been both enjoyable and rewarding to grow the business slowly and organically over this time. Today, Focus Networks punches well above its weight in terms of customer service, compliance and cyber security. We have a truly talented team who are dedicated to supporting and protecting our customers.
