• Founded the company with two physician Co-Founders, originally based on healthcare business analytics through data warehousing. Grew the company from a start up to sale. Completed all healthcare market research, due diligence, strategic business planning and financial projections for the growth of the company.• Developed IT services to include web based practice management and electronic medical records through negotiating channel partnerships utilizing several different PM and EMR provider IT systems, plus developed proprietary AR collection software called Revenue Cycle Manager (“RCM”), “DocuManager’ for electronic archiving and queries, “Utilities” plug-ins for GE software systems, and “InfoBridge” data warehousing for integrating delivery networks between physician groups, IPA’s, MSO’s, hospitals, lab and pharmaceutical companies. Designed & built ASP hosting data center which provides all infrastructure and support for the web based software applications and revenue cycle management divisions.• Purchased two billing company acquisitions and grew the acquired base plus organic growth to system users in 14 states.While at DataFuzion, among other provider and payor related management and services, Mr. Davis negotiated provider/payor contract fee reimbursements, implemented coding and claim scrubbing applications, managed and completed healthcare IT systems conversions, implemented all revenue cycle management and claims appeals with payors, managed and designed application templates for claim batching and processing, designed and implemented all clearinghouse and payor ANSI file interactive processing, designed and implemented a proprietary patient document management system as a plug in to many PM systems, as well as IT project tracking and documentation systems for IT development and accounting.
