My entire career has been centered around Quality.From my upbringing as a "Farmboy" to this day, I am constantly driving Quality in whateverfield I chose.I am a Vietnam Veteran & as a USAF Crew Chief during the Vietnam conflict; I lead a crewof Aircraft Maintenance Technicians for eight years. (1961-1969)My next career move was to Southern Bell/AT&T where I began as an installer & was quickly promoted to PBX & then promoted to PBX Manager over the NC Eastern Seaboard Region, managing the PBX Technicians. (1969-1984)In 1984 I left AT&T to form Protech Communications, Inc. "PCI", with my partner & wife Brenda.In 2007, we sold PCI's account base to D&S Communications, Inc. located in Elgin, IL. and I retired.In 2012, D&S called me out of retirement to create & implement a Companywide Quality System.This Project has now been completed and I have returned to my home in North Carolina.At present, I am seeking an enticing opportunity to assist another organization in a similiar fashion where the Company is dedicated to Quality and is interested in enhancing or creating a superior Quality System.

Formed the first open forum cultural center in NC--TylerD Studios. We housed 15 live studios where local artists created magnificient works every day. We provided tours, classes in various medium, & were open to the public 7 days a week. The Center included a large gallery & ballroom type entertainment options for weddings, dancing, reunions, parties, etc. TylerD was named for Co Director Betty Tyler & myself (D). India Cain served as Co Director & both brought a unique representation to the project. Pamela J. Watts was also a vitally creative part of the success of the project.TylerD was the first prototype of its kind and was the beginning of many projects to follow within the state. All of the TylerD artists, including myself, still prusue the love of the arts. Wish there were space to name them all. It was my pleasure to participate in TylerD Studios
