Served as Field Crop Specialist, delivered Master Gardener and Master Conservationist programs, directed 4-H and youth development activities including school enrichment programs, administered grants for Extension programs, and collaborated with various government agencies or civic groups.

Helped build a new soybean testing network for the SW Iowa/NW Missouri/Eastern Nebraska region.
