Manage the International Services Division that provides Service Desk, Field Services, Logistics and Life Cycle Services to the Technology Manufacturing Sector. Responsible for the overall Managed Services Strategy for the North America, including SaaS and Cloud Computing. Worked with the industry analysts to identify existing or emerging services. Create the plans to enter into this space by building, buying or borrowing. Recommend an integration path, identify best practices or industry leaders in the given technology space. Create a unique and exclusive relationship and negotiate the contracts and pricing strategy. Work with marketing to package the offering. Work with marketing and public relations on the press release and education plans both internal and external. Build all collateral and make it available electronically to include offering summary, elevator pitch, marketing brochures, and statements of work, PowerPoint presentations, on-line calculators, competitive analysis and other tools. Educate internally and externally via webinars and on-site training for the US and Canada. Maintain and enhance offerings as needed.
