I just completed with the NV2A Group a one year $36 million joint venture vertical expansion project at Winter Haven Hospital - Bostick Heart Center. It consisted of 5 Catheterization Labs, 1 NUC Camera, 14 CVICU rooms, 20 bed holding area and reception area on the second floor and a 36 bed ICU department and waiting area on the third floor. A total of 80,000 sqft build-out above an active 60 bed Emergency Department. I have quite a bit of experience with AHCA inspections and ICRA containment. I have been using PROCORE, Bluebeam programs the last three years.

Provide managing and supervisory needs to subcontractors on a joint venture with Suffolk Construction at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven Florida for the build out of new construction of the Bostick Heart Center with (5) new Catheterization Labs, (1) NUC Camera Lab, (50) ICU rooms and (20) Post/Pre-operation patient hold area. A 90,000 sqft expansion.

Attend and actively participate in project meetings.• Provide technical assistance as needed, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection inspection of contractor or subcontractor operations to ensure compliance with the contract.• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external clients and key stakeholders.• Collaborate with project managers to create site logistics plans.• Coordinate site testing, inspection efforts, and accident/quality reporting.• Monitor cost, including labor time and material, and make adjustments as needed.• Communicate and enforce the Safety and Health Management Program.• Demonstrate commitment to an injury-free environment through personal accountability and mentoring.• Prepare detailed short-term schedules and ensure activities take place on/ahead of scheduled dates.
