- Successfully led a ~$6.5M, ~12 month confidential business acquisition for a large Long Term Care Insurance carrier, providing both internal and SaaS solutions. Led a matrix team of 100+ members spanning operations, IT, and finance- Successfully led a ~$2.1M, ~24 month conversion of administration, image, and voice data of CNA’s Group and Individual books of business- Successfully led a ~$9.7M effort over a 12 month period to separate LTCG, Inc. from Univita Health, Inc. The initiative is a pervasive program that spans all areas of both companys’ businesses including Finance, Business Operations, IT, Facilities, Legal, Contracts, Human Resources, etc.- P&L responsibility for 170+ Order Intake, Call Center, and Claims business operations staff responsible for referrals, calls, and claims adjudication for Pharmacy/IV, DME, and Nursing across all Healthplans, products (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial), providers, and members- Led several strategies focused on evolving Operations delivery from a 3-in-1 vertical based approach to a nationwide Payer / Member / Provider based model- Led a Claims adjudication improvement/efficiency effort composed of implementing a BPO Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of all paper claims and integration of a third party claims administration team resulting in a 70% staff reduction and $440k annual cost reduction- Established and led a joint Project Management Office / Six Sigma team composed of ~50 direct staff / ~200 indirect staff that successfully managed an ongoing pipeline of 30 - 40 concurrent internal and external initiatives. - Led due diligence and integration effort for the acquisition of All Med Services, a 3-in-1 home healthcare company based in Florida- Co-led an award winning Univita executive social outreach development effort entitled “WeACT” focused on corporate / community charitable partnerships
