I began my career with AT&T as a Lineman and worked my way up to Management within 3 years which where I spent over 2 decades of my career. After 26 1/6 years with AT&T I am now seeking a position that will allow me to utilize my comprehensive leadership, management skills, and problem solving skills to help foster a work environment in which employees and team members reach their highest level of ability. I have worked in various positions that included project management, contract administration, supervising construction crews, and most recently working remotely managing after hours issues and emergencies for 7 states. I believe that in order to have a property functioning team it requires strong positive leadership. After 23 years of being in management positions I can leverage my skills and abilities to effectively communicate and manage people in order to get results and get the job done efficiently and safely.
