Provide administrative and technical supervision to a team of Account Specialists responsible for providing contract, analytical, and policy support to Power Account Executives who are duty-located across an 8-State area and represents BPA to its Pacific Northwest region utility customers in Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Montana and portions of California, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.

Maintained business relationships with external utility customers (electric cooperatives, public utility districts, municipalities, irrigation districts) in Northeast Washington. Developed presentations, written materials, and verbally responded to customer inquiries regarding BPA Power contracts, business practices, policies, and rates.

Provided high quality customer service and support for BPA Power customers (electric cooperatives, municipalities, public utility districts, tribal utilities, federal agencies, and mutuals) served out of BPA’s Eastern Hub. Performed complex scenario analysis to forecast future power costs for BPA Power customers served out of BPA’s Eastern Hub. Example analyses include modeling the addition or loss of large loads and measuring the financial impact of electing various BPA Power and non-federal power products. In depth understanding of the BPA Regional Dialogue contract, Tiered Rates Methodology, and BPA Power product design. Regularly interpreted various policy sources and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to provide accurate information to BPA Power Account Executives and customers.

-Provided power policy research, quantitative and qualitative analysis for Investor Owned and Public Utilities participating in the Residential Exchange Program.-Served as Assistant Project Manager in Power Policy and Rates group intended to internally capture and document institutional knowledge of the Tiered Rates Methodology. -Served as Project Manager to reorganize data file structure for studies and policy documents in support of the Regional Coordination Committee. -Performed economic and policy analysis of California Resource Portfolio Standards and its impact on Resource Adequacy in the Pacific Northwest.-Provided data, cost, and load analyses in support of BPA's Priority Firm Customers.-Participated in weekly courses taught by BPA subject matter experts in order to learn about energy and utilities industry.

Developed relationships with Oregon State Parks to develop a QR Code system promoting the Oregon Blue Book (OBB). Interpreted and communicated technical details of QR Code system to various government and non-government agencies. Worked in an eight person multi-cultural team to create a detailed marketing plan that increases revenue of the OBB.

Facilitated, performed, and managed manual labor tasks for the daily upkeep of a fishing camp on the Nushagak River.
