Entering incidents and near misses into corporate data base. Work with employees to conduct risk assessments. Communicate root cause findings for preventing future incidents. Share monthly trends. Maintain PPE supplies. Plan and conduct annual training topics. Review all safety programs against corporate standards. Manage training records. Work with maintenance team to make engineering changes to elimminate hazards.
