  Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, responsible for the recruitment, oversight, and ranking of all vendor partnerships. Manage the vendor selection process and maintenance of all vendor profiles. Oversee all facets of the quality control department, facilitate and administer joint policies and procedures related to both departments. Implement company strategy for both short and long term projects to optimize workflow and productivity. Review and collaborate with the executive board to properly manage labor efficiency, material efficiency, and customer service efficiency, while providing optimum service levels to our clients. Work closely with the compliance and fulfillment departments to achieve company objectives.• Ten years’ appraisal experience in both an office setting, as well as, in the field.• Proficient with 3rd party data verification applications, such as Platinum Data’s RealView and Collateral Expert products.• Collaborate with the VP of Operations on development and implementation of policies and procedures, utilizing client-specific requirements, and in accordance with all regulatory requirements.• Develop, maintain, and implement processes and procedures in compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements and meeting standards set forth by each individual customer utilizing data-validation tools and AppraiserVendor’s proprietary software, Appraisal Vault. • Oversight and management of vendor score carding and selection processes in accordance with state and federal legislation and regulatory requirements.• Maintain close relationships with Preferred Appraiser Panel(s) while maintaining unbiased processes centered around selection of the most competent appraisers in each individual market. • Oversee all communications related to quality control, specifically revision requests to our appraiser partners, in accordance with Appraisal Independence Requirements.
