• Created Financial Stability Issue paper for United Ways of Florida Day on the Hill, promoting the need for Financial supports to our legislature.
• Presented to the community on a variety of topics, including providing information on United Way's ALICE population. In one year, presented on 22 different occasions to leaders in our community.
• Was one of four United Ways across the nation chosen to support MyFreeTaxes during VITA season.

• Lead 417 volunteers at 44 sites to prepare 9,420 tax returns for low-income individuals as part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA). - Clients received over $17,000,000 in refunds because of this free.
• Supervised 36 site coordinators to ensure quality work at each site, address concerns, and ensure tax returns were completed accurately and efficiently
• Received VITA advanced tax certification from the IRS to prepare and review any tax returns in VITA.
• Trained a county-wide cohort of volunteers in FAFSA completion as part of Local College Access Network. FAFSA completion rates increased more than 11 percent from previous year to current. (Goal of 5 percent).

• Oversaw and keep record of community service projects for Vice Presidents of service for student chapters in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Southern Illinois.
