A time served Mechanical Engineer who built a career within Stoneywood Paper Mill. I continued with further education in parallel to building practical knowledge and experience in a large manufacturing plant. During my 37 years, I worked in Design / Project roles before taking responsibility for the Engineering KPI's for the manufacturing & converting assets. I then progressed to become Engineering Manger for the site, which included site infrastructure, Combined Heat & Power Plant, capital investment & succession planning.In all of these areas, people have been and will remain vital to the success of any individual or organisation. As such as I see myself as a good leader, who can listen and communicate well.
