• Successfully sold, contracted (Enterprise Agreement) and deployed cyber security solutions for advanced malware protection (AMP); intrusion detection (IDS); VPN; and network access (DUO)

• Owned all relationships (Political, Technical and frontline Services) in Central Government, Local Government, Education, Criminal Justice and Health bodies in Scotland, and their partners with responsibility to define.
• Led the Sales and System Engineers teams against fierce competition, and from virtually a standing start, grew the Annual Business for Cisco by 700%+ (to within only 5% of the total Cisco Financial Services Industry.
• Responsible for driving End-to-End networking and strategy architectures and solutions into the whole of the Public Sector – more than half the Public Sector had Cisco IPT by 2004.
• Set up more than 20 Cisco Networking Academies throughout Scotland.
