- Manage IT Field Technician Support staff (20+) for 450 retail locations spanning mid-Atlantic district (PA, NJ, DE, MD). - Manage staff completion of on-site routine IT and technical services including installation, maintenance and repair in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).- Work closely with store Operations Management to resolve technology issues in order to optimize customer service and sales and reduce downtime. - Manage the implementation of new equipment (hardware) and systems (software) through applicable project management routines.- Manage resolution of escalated issues arising from Operations involving coordination with various departments.- Oversee scheduling and training of IT Field Technician Support staff.- Develop methods, guidelines and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery.- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies, state and federal laws are followed (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect overall performance and delivery of IT Field Technical support in supporting business needs.- Provide input in budget development as needed.- Approve expense reports to ensure costs controlled.- Manage asset inventory levels across staff.- Perform annual evaluations and provide regular feedback, training, and coaching as applicable.

- Primary technical support for 40 Robotic Automated Prescription Filling Systems (ScriptPro) maintained across district footprint. - Troubleshoot and maintain assigned machines to meet corporate standards, business and customer needs with minimal business disruption.- Train store personnel on proper usage and daily maintenance.

- Troubleshoot and install store computer systems and electronic equipment within a geographical area of 250 stores. Equipment includes POS systems, Laser printers, phone systems, network equipment, low voltage wiring- Maintain and manage equipment inventory to corporate standards.- Inventory and maintain the accuracy of the computer assets in designated stores.- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.- Develop strong working relationships with store personnel and operations to reduce downtime and business disruptions.

- Assist in management of daily operating needs of Rite Aid retail location to meet business strategies, corporate and customer service needs.- Ensure store compliance with corporate policies, state and federal laws. - Hire, train and supervise store personnel, providing coaching as needed. - Manage and monitor inventory to meet corporate requirements and standards. - Develop strong report with store customers to help improve sales, resolve customer complaints and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
