21 years’ Transport Planning experience gained with private consultancies. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. I have significant experience in the preparation of Transport Assessments and Statements and Travel Plans for large and small-scale development projects across the UK, particularly residential and commercial projects. I have particular knowledge and experience of the South West region and Greater London, and am responsible for the day-to-day running of CEC's Bristol office. I provide transport and highway input to the masterplanning process, helping to ensure that new developments are accessible, permeable, and also efficient with regard to the requirement for new highway construction.I have experience of giving expert evidence on transport and highway matters at Public Inquiries and Informal Hearings, speaking at planning committee meetings, and am experienced in assisting with S106 contribution negotiations.
