As the financial and analytical group supporting CEO staff level decisions, I oversee a team that provides the following value offering to all business units in Lowe's:* Assimilation of consumer, operational and market data to identify market spaces for strategic development* Lead facilitation with CEO staff for strategic growth planning* Model future scenarios, juxtaposing the future of the Home Improvement Industry fundamentals against consumer sentiment to identify growth options and vehicles* Partner is US Big Box CCO (Chief Customer Officer), COO (Chief Operations Officer) and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to translate long range strategic intent into long range financial plans. This includes establishment of critical guardrails to cascade to the organization ahead of long range and annual operational planning. * Partner with US CCO and COO to develop, report and provide insights on a balance scorecard. This scorecard is designed to identify and track key leading indicators of success of a broader US strategy. Working with Analytic functions; my team provides timely, constructive and actionable insights to the leadership team* Consultatnt to the Presidents of Canada, Mexico and Orchard Supply to develop Long Range Plans and balanced scorecards. * Financial lead for M&A deal teams for both Domestic and International acquisition and joint venture and CVC investment options. Lead for valuation, due diligence, I Bank relations, managerial interviews and integration planning* Developed Center of Excellence for Business Modeling. This center of excellence supports all Lowe's Business Units for end to end business modeling from opportunity identification and sizing to operational execution planning and reporting* Develop Center of Excellence for strategic measurement through balance scorecard approach. This approach is developed for the US business and subsequently rolled to all operating business units

Led financial analysis and decision support for Lowe's Specialty Sales (Installed, Special Order and Commercial Business). Partnered with business units to develop annual and long range operating plans.Developed an internal store/market based Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) metric. Provided decision support for Lowe's Real Estate expansion planning
