De-commissioned products and corresponding equipment that were no longer being offered.

Proud to be one of the founding employees of Diadem Precision Technology and its state of the art milling center. As a start-up company I facilitated the completion of the building construction, and the procurement and installation of its infrastructure, including: plant compressed air systems, plant power, IT networking, work flow layout, equipment installation and setup, and the preparation to start operations.Created manufacturing processes and continually improved upon their efficiency. Interviewed, hired and trained new staff to perform the production processes which were created.Coordinated with OEMs all machinery installations and validations. Worked with CAM software company to develop, test and improve the CNC milling templates resulting in a reduction of the initial product scrap rates from 45% to 3%.Created a documented DAMAS Quality Assurance system, coordinated internal and external audits which improved upon our quality and consistency.

Program Managed over $10,000,000 of automotive assembly equipment design and build programs. Used leadership, presentation and communication skills to lead cross-functional mechanical design, controls engineering, and manufacturing teams through over ten programs lasting four months or longer. The longest was a two-year project. One project had over $1,000,000 in scope changes that I tracked, estimated and negotiated with the customer. Created and maintained the project timelines and organized action items with follow-up so that not one project missed it's targeted launch date. As an Account Manager, I had 5 large accounts doing hundreds of thousands or millions in sales and also several small acocunts. Provide clients with high end proposals for their requested quotations. Create assembly system concepts and define the quoted content and then costs estimates for the design and build of the concept. Create and present sales Power Point presentations. Coordinate post installation servicing of equipment, and resolution of any warranty issues.
