My 18 years of general management experience in electrical and mechanical industries, specializing in manufacturing businesses, provided first-hand insight into the challenges customers face to increase productivity. I manage Innomotics (a Siemens Business) for the Americas; this responsibility includes three manufacturing plants. I drive business improvement and growth using global best practices and by implementing digitalization strategies responding to the demand for increasingly sophisticated, integrated and networked machinery. My goal is to implement business strategies that will help our customers continue to improve their productivity – focusing on motor and drive improvements – that deliver higher electrical efficiency. One of the key elements to drive efficiency and reliability for manufacturing processes for all customers today is to digitalize drive train analytics, collecting the right data from motors and drives and analyzing this data in real-time for reduced downtime and increased operational efficiency.
