EDS’ Internal Systems organization, December 1987 to January 1990 - I served as a Systems Engineer Supervisor responsible for the technical and administrative activities of a team of Systems Engineers providing support for EDS' administrative organizations. The major project addressed by my team entailed the definition of user requirements, analysis, design, and implementation of a Cost Accounting System for EDS. Other systems supported included the Government Automated Timecard Entry System (GATES), Incurred Cost System (rates calculation), Purchase Order System, and various PC based systems. US Agency for International Development (USAID), April 1983 to November 1987 – I supported the development and implementation of USAID's Financial Accounting and Control System (FACS) as Systems Engineer and Team Leader.
