When I do a home inspection, I prefer to take the client with me on the tour. In some cases, the clients don't have enough information about a home and that is where I can help them. I take them through the process of the Heating and cooling system. I also explain the fuse box for them, But from a distance. And when it comes to ventilation, I make sure they understand that dos and don't of what they need to know. I take my work very seriously and want to make everyone safe in a home. This is why I say, Health, Safety and Cost. Just having some information about a home could be a money saving investment for the home owner.
