I am a Design professional with 4 years of experience in UI/UX and Product design. I have helped companies design and develop responsive & inclusive user-centered web and app experiences.▪️ As a UI/UX Designer at BLN24, I worked on the IRS Online Accounts, transforming PDF forms into user-friendly web forms, modernizing the taxpayer experience. I also developed features for audit status checking, alternative media formats (braille, multiple languages), and reduced paper communications, modernized the EIN application process, and added functionalities for saving bank accounts and making payments. I facilitated user research to ensure the effectiveness of these features.▪️ I overhauled the MBDA website, enhancing accessibility and user experience.▪️ Produced award-winning content for the National Park Service’s Youth Conservation Corp, featured on America's Morning Headquarters.▪️ Internally, I designed infographics, the company website, and other branding materials for BLN24.▪️ At Qore Performance, I took the lead on improving the customer experience of our eCommerce platform on Shopify. By creating wireframes, low & high fidelity mockups, storyboards, design systems, and infographics, I was able to conceptualize and test better ways to help our customers. Gaining skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WCAG, I then brought these designs to life.
