In this program high school students submitted research projects that were reviewed and evaluated for selection. Once selected, students would develop a research poster that they would present in the state capital to their legislators. - Developed the Engineering Outreach Ambassador program. This program trained engineering students to go into elementary schools and conduct STEM activities that focused around engineering - Mentored teachers on the development of VEX robotics programs. During this time, I helped host/referee 45 robotics competitions across the commonwealth. College students were also trained to be referees. During this period the program grew from 91 to 232 teams.
