As a Senior Data Quality Engineer I was the technical subject matter expert (SME) for the geology department, the senior editor responsible for approving technical reports and reviewing proposals for new product development, presenting technical presentations for clients during final data reviews, advising sales managers on technical aspects of the bidding process including pricing, turnaround times, and final deliverables, and counseling project managers to prioritize project deliverables.As the Geology Manager, I was responsible for managing a sufficient project workload in order to meet the team’s monthly revenue goals. These duties included project management, managing and maintaining budget projections, conducting team meetings, maintaining client relationships, and providing technical advice to team members. Additional responsibilities included participating in candidate interviews and training and mentoring new employees.
