ResponsibilitiesManage R&D projects through all phases of the product development process.Collaborate and communicate verbally and written the design requirements to various outside vendors, manufacturing and department managers for feedback and approval. Develop, verify and validate product designs by prototyping, testing, and analysis. Assemble, manage and support project team and resource requirements as needed to complete project objectives and timelines.Maintain and organize documentation requirements necessary for supporting product safety and effectiveness.Support larger project development teams as sub-project team leader to develop key project components.Assist quality with design verification and validation plans as needed, creating tests and test plans.Analyze data both for attributes and statistically for written reports supporting the design.Supervise technical personnel providing career support and feedback.Utilize software such as Solidworks, Project, Internet/Intranet, and Office Suite to create design documentation.Coordinate outside studies and reports for product development.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, fabricate and support prototype products through design, fabrication, test development and testing.Research products and methods for prototype production, proving design.Develop and design tests which prove design requirements and safety. Conduct design verification testing of developed designs.Produce reports for design validation and verification testing.Collaborate with development team and personnel ensuring design requirements are met. Utilize the corporate product development and documentation process proving design requirements.Develop manufacturing processes for increased productivity.Utilize software such as Solidworks, Project, and Office Suite to create documentation.

Responsibilities Develop products and mechanical/chemical processes for design assurance and increase production. Conduct hazardous materials handling and Right to Know training for company employees.Member of company quality audit team as lead auditor for ISO-9001/EN-46001 quality systems.Assist in production of product by instituting and maintaining preventative maintenance progam.

ResponsibilitiesManage quality control laboratory and product customer service functions.Develop formulas for manufactured products by meeting customer criteria.Test development and testing to analyze products for critical characteristics.Supervise production of products and manufacturing personnel.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze products and raw materials utilizing chemical, physical and instrumentation techniques.Conduct product development/customer service help through laboratory practices and analysis.Analyze new product function related to marketability, production costs and application.Establish specifications of products and process by conducting testing, manufacturing trials and operations.Purchase and maintain equipment and inventories of materials for production of a product.
