We were able to make all tax form delivery dates with no IRS late mailing penalties incurred for any of our clients.• I orchestrated project activities with 4 development teams to onboard the portfolio of a major investment and insurance company, leading to a substantial annual revenue boost of $20 million. The entire portfolio of 70 applications was implemented within 1 calendar year.• I optimized resource allocations and coordinated project activities for 4 concurrent onboarding projects (monthly statement, annual statement, 14 retail and institutional tax forms, and all letter correspondence) for a multi-national financial services corporation servicing over 2 million clients. This optimization contributed to an annual revenue increase of $2 million. The entire portfolio was implemented within 6 months.• I championed a user-interactive solution for a nationwide invoicing client specializing in newspaper and magazine publication companies resulting in onboarding time per publication being reduced from months to weeks.
