I am really proud of all of the personal growth that I've seen in every single team member that I've had the honor of leading. • I recognized that late requirements for upcoming tax forms were going to put upcoming deadlines at risk for 16 retail brokerage firm clients. Went to DST Output leadership and recommended we bring all the clients together in one location. I was the keynote speaker and facilitator for this day long event. Net results were that we signed 4 new tax clients, secured $1.2 million in annual revenue, and we accomplished unanimous agreement to adopt standardized branded tax forms reducing development costs and implementation timeframes. We were able to make all tax form delivery dates with no IRS late mailing penalties incurred for any of our clients.• I orchestrated project activities with 4 development teams to onboard the portfolio of a major investment and insurance company, leading to a substantial annual revenue boost of $20 million. The entire portfolio of 70 applications was implemented within 1 calendar year.• I optimized resource allocations and coordinated project activities for 4 concurrent onboarding projects (monthly statement, annual statement, 14 retail and institutional tax forms, and all letter correspondence) for a multi-national financial services corporation servicing over 2 million clients. This optimization contributed to an annual revenue increase of $2 million. The entire portfolio was implemented within 6 months.• I championed a user-interactive solution for a nationwide invoicing client specializing in newspaper and magazine publication companies resulting in onboarding time per publication being reduced from months to weeks.
