Responsibilities included compliance analysis, testing and remediation; financial and operational process control review and assessment; systems security and risk management analysis; governance review and assessment, Duties included documentation and review of current process and security procedures against SOX, COSO & COBIT guidance, testing and remediation testing as necessary and presentation/review of final assessment results with audit management.

- Provided compliance and process improvement analysis and support for the company's SOx compliance project, including evaluation of system and management controls in Financial Operations, Financial Reporting and Information Technology. - Project managed and lead the ULA IT Entity and General Computer Controls SOx compliance audit, providing COSO, COBIT, ISO guidance assessment of organization, operations, systems security, datacenter security, change management and risk management of IT infrastructure and operations.

From June 2006 thru September 2007 I was engaged with Callaway Partners (based in Atlanta, GA) on Sarbanes Oxley Audit projects at Fannie Mae in Washington DC and ING in Denver, CO. These projects involved Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Process Control documentation, testing and assessments. I was also engaged on the Navistar (a major truck and engine manufacturer) restatement project in Chicago, IL where I performed research and analysis of the company’s legal liability accruals and charges over the company's 5 year restatement period.
