I have been working as an Assistive Technology Specialist for over 15 years, providing customized solutions to individuals and organizations with diverse needs and challenges. My passion for helping people and technology stems from my own experience of overcoming bilateral carpal tunnel with assistive technology (A.T.).As a certified Dragon NaturallySpeaking trainer and a master of voice recognition, voice cloning, AI integration, and smart assistive devices, I support clients with hearing, mobility, cognitive, and neurological impairments, as well as conditions like ALS. I work with clients such as Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft, the Department of Labor and Industries, and various government agencies, ensuring a thorough "Matching Person to the Technology" (MPT) assessment before proposing solutions. I also have over 25 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, providing services to workers compensation clients, forensic reviews, and expert testimony. I am proud to be part of the Northwest Ergonomics and Assistive Technology team, where we enable productivity and independence with assistive technology.
