Responsible for the fuel filtration product line for OE on-road and off-road customers. Actively support our sales teams in building OE relationships, communicating our value proposition and delivering proposals. Work with our global team to understand the needs of the global market and translate that into new product offerings and technologies.

 - Manage major OEM programs to successful completion utilizing the Donaldson Accelerated Product Development system - Support the customer throughout the project to develop unique filtration solutions, complete proper engineering documentation, and qualify the product through analysis and testing - Work with the sales group to promote Donaldson product and build relationships through customer visits, presentations and direct communication with key personnel - Develop and present training courses in hydraulic filtration

 - Support the customer throughout the product development cycle to provide technical support, offer solutions to potential issues, develop the engine specification, complete application testing and effectively communicate all the details to the factory engineering group in Japan - Work directly with the sales group to promote the Kubota product and build relationships through customer visits, presentations and direct communications with key personnel - Coordinate and conduct simulated and field-testing of the customer product to ensure proper application and to expose any potential concerns - Offer solutions to issues realized in existing applications through customer visits, investigation and coordination with the Service Department - Conduct activities such as dynamometer testing, building prototype engines to customer specifications, engine teardowns and inspections - Conduct application training schools domestically and internationally

 - Acted as a project engineer, leading a team of three to design, prototype, test and prepare a new product (trailer mounted drilling fluid recycler) for production release in 6 months - Engineered Power Transmission Systems including belt drive systems, direct-coupled pumping units and hydraulic drives  - Sized and selected pumps and piping, vacuum pumps, compressors, gas and diesel engines, electric motors, and gensets for several applications

 - Marketed and sold electric heat and heating equipment through personal communication and trade shows  - Resolved billing complaints through investigation and communication - Investigated failures and repaired electric heating systems and controls
