ITC, originally called Intertech, has completed more than 185 projects for both the public and private sector. The company got its start building multi-residential high rise apartments in Vancouver’s West End and has played an integral role in shaping the city into North America’s most livable and lived-in city. ITC expanded into the Alberta market in 2004 where it is the most active high-rise condominium builder in the city.
