--Was an equal 50% partner of a national franchise children’s resale store.--Achieved 152 consecutive months of 20% or greater net profit to owners.--Grew annual sales from $215K (2004) to $900K (2017).--Recognized by franchise as a top-performing store each year since 2007.--Grew staff from 3-employees (2004) to 15-employees (2017).--Managed a $200K remodel/relocation, including construction.--Business was sold in 2017.

--Member of a team of contract developers for a one-year project developing an RTV (return-to-vendor) module under direction of client.--iSeries development within MCS inventory management product.

--As a team leader, invented a one-button Y2K process that converted over 1800-data files with 3500-date elements without error or incident.--Co-developed with client a risk-share module that generated $65M in annual revenues.

--As an associate consultant, developed numerous small/medium AS/400 solutions for multiple clients, with primary client being Bank of America (Retirement Products/Investment Services).--Created a fuzzy-logic method that interfaced with an OCR engine to speed indexing of documents in an OS/2 based optical storage and retrieval system (ImagePlus).--Developed a sales and lead tracking application to support brokers.
