Consultus is a Search company providing exclusive research and recruit services for IT&T and Technical companies. We specialise in assignment based search work targeting Technical, Sales and Marketing, and Management roles mainly within the IT industry. Applying a unique project based search approach we access twice the potential market that is accessed through a standard recruitment practice. As we work on assignment the people we introduce are exclusive to our client.The Consultus team is made up of senior professionals with extensive commercial and HR experience. Consultus has been in operation for over 15 years in Australia and New Zealand, working from offices in Wellington, Auckland, Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne.

Working within the Solutions Group, I worked across a number of major clients selling hardware and software solutions. After successfully developing a number of key accounts I moved into the Sales Management role managing the team of 10. This involved the growth and development of the team and significant process and culture change to adapt to the massive growth in sales and transaction volumes within the business.

System Solutons provided enterprise class messaging and fax gateway solutions. This role set up the New Zealand operation for System Solutions who are based out of Sydney. A major emphasis was on the Account Management and acquisition of major accounts such as Telecom, Vodaphone, BHP NZ and Fletcher Challenge, with the ongoing maintenance of the reseller channel.

I looked after customers in the lower North Island and South Island.

I owned and managed Apollo in the field of recruitment of Office / Accounting and IT personnel. Initially starting as a purchase of a 2 person operation, building it up to 5 consultants plus support staff.
