Guided The largest move resulting from Toledo's annexation for the new Chrysler plant. Negotiated $12M with the City of Toledo to support physical moving costs. Led move and complete renovation of nine acres and a 150,000 square foot facility, in addition to the build of new corporate offices and waste water treatment facilities while running operations in the old facility. Organized remanufacture of equipment from three plating lines to eleven plating lines.Created MEMCO, a new division for purchase, renovation and manufacturing of equipment. Launched operations in a 10,000 square foot facility and moved to a 70,000 square foot facility. Captured sale of a plating line for a Japanese Parts Supplier. Traveled to Japan to coordinate efforts and later to Mexico to plan, supply and furnish equipment for the Japanese plant's expansion in Aguascalientes. Directed development of a new plating division.
