Planned and coordinated company's expansion of the Polishing Division on four separate occasions to include moving operations to a new building site; managed operations.Organized an off-site expansion project

Hired staff, managed facility and maintained communications with Ford.Coordinated building renovation to support expansion of the Zinc Alloys Plating Division. Located building, purchased equipment, hired employees and managed plant for two years in support of Japanese business.Directed the renovation of the Ligonier Industries Plating Division. Guided The largest move resulting from Toledo's annexation for the new Chrysler plant. Negotiated $12M with the City of Toledo to support physical moving costs. Led move and complete renovation of nine acres and a 150,000 square foot facility, in addition to the build of new corporate offices and waste water treatment facilities while running operations in the old facility. Organized remanufacture of equipment from three plating lines to eleven plating lines.Created MEMCO, a new division for purchase, renovation and manufacturing of equipment. Launched operations in a 10,000 square foot facility and moved to a 70,000 square foot facility. Captured sale of a plating line for a Japanese Parts Supplier. Traveled to Japan to coordinate efforts and later to Mexico to plan, supply and furnish equipment for the Japanese plant's expansion in Aguascalientes. Directed development of a new plating division.
