I am a hands-on executive and mechanical engineer with experience in operations, engineering management, product design, project management, product development, product safety, product durability testing and regulatory requirements.I have significant experience working on and managing teams and projects from the component level all the way through full PowerSports and Medical Mobility vehicle development. This includes management of the project timelines, bill of material, budget, tooling, outside suppliers, personnel, etc. I have unique experience in that I have previously worked for both manufactures and suppliers which has given me a well-rounded understanding of the needs of each.My experience covers multiple methods of manufacturing, including injection molding, drape forming, rotational molding, vacuum forming, forgings, sheet metal stampings, deep draw stampings, flow forming (spinning), welded assemblies, castings and more. I have extensive background in working with international suppliers, rapid proto-typing, auto body repair, CNC machining and general mechanics. My varied experience comes from growing up on a family farm in the Midwest where I developed my intense work ethic and valuable hands-on mechanical skills.Specialties: Team building and leadership.
