Program Manage the Integration and Migration activities as a result of the Project Agile, BellSouth Merger, Cingular Merger and SBC/AT&T merger. This oversight includes management of Executive/Officer level reports, change requests, jeopardy management and integrated workplan. Create and present Officer level Merger status reports that get shared with Senior Leadership on monthly basis up to and including the Chairman and his direct reports.

Directed the integrated process and testing phases of retail new product development for ASI, Datacomm, SBCIS, SBCLD and Telco products. Average over 35 product launches per year with 50-75 in progress at any one time. Chaired SBC/AT&T Merger Integration Steering Council which provided strategic oversight to all of the Pre-Merger Integration and Migration teams (14 Core Teams working on 50 Product Conversion Documents representing over 300 products).

Led dedicated team to accelerate readiness for the Fiber Deployment initiative. Responsible for the In-Region DSL product end-to-end including both Marketing and Operational initiatives. Worked on SBC/Ameritech Merger Team 49 to establish the new SBC Data Subsidiary, SBC Advanced Solutions, Inc. (ASI). One of 12 initial project team members. Responsible for development of Methods and Procedures for Ordering for all ASI products including DSL, Frame, ATM and Dial Access.

Led product team to introduce new Frame Relay/ATM enhancements including Service Level Agreements and Customer Network Management. Coordinated a partnership agreement with a National Dial Access provider to broaden SBC's coverage and shorten the time to market. Spoke at numerous customer events including the SBC Business Customer Forum (FOCUS) and the Internet Service Provider Business Forum (ISPBF)

Member Sprint Account Team and single point of contact at SWBT for SprintNet, Sprint's Internet Service Provider. Provided support to Account Team by coordinating and compiling information in response to Federal Government RFPs.

Supervised 13 Communications Technicians involved in testing, isolation and repair of special services circuits, such as Frame Relay and ISDN. Successfully coordinated repair of circuits involved with Executive Complaints and generated appropriate documentation for Marketing.
