I have been estimating and project managing in Austin for 19 years on projects such as The University Of Texas Graduate School of Business, the women's tower at Seton, the Indeed Tower, and multiple vertical expansions at St. David's South. In the past few years I have been asked to concentrate on estimating and sales on some of the larger and more intricate projects such as the new Samsung chip manufacturing facility, the new Del Valle High School, and the Nutrabolt corporate headquarters. In my 18 years here I have estimated, sold, and project managed over $130,000,000 worth of successful projects around Austin.What I love most about my job is getting in early and working with the GC and design team to find better ways to make the architect's vision come to life.
