As a member of the Launch team, it is my goal to deliver the Global Breeding digital strategy via systematic launch planning and execution. I am part launch project manager and part change manager for new and updated workflows affecting all global workflows within Monsanto's Breeding R&D pipeline.To meet this goal, I am fully responsible for the creation and ownership of all workflow launch plans within Global Breeding. As a member of the Pipeline Enrichment team, I am focused on the development of a no touch cognitive Breeding pipeline. I work across teams to ensure the evolving direction of our R&D pipeline matches that of our strategic vision. I ensure a global scope and adoption for how we plan our research plots.Part workflow & capability mapper and part launch coordinator, I ensure that the long terms goals we envision are consistently implemented by Breeders and Scientists across the globe. I partner with project managers and development teams to further ensure all plans transfer into operational models.As a member of such a flexible team within Global Breeding, I also drive a portion of the change management process via project launch planning and feedback collection. A focus on Net Promoter Score as common denominator across all newly launched Breeding workflows, for example, allows for a consistent method for addressing feedback loops among all project.

As a logistics coordinator, I ensure that all Research and Development fields are properly setup to run a wide variety of field trials. My current responsibilities include:• Working with R&D leads to align and standardize operational processes related to nursery increases and field testing to enhance crop cycle timelines, efficiency, and compliance procedures • Driving the development and implementation of streamlined processes and IT tools to facilitate protocol & experimental planning, seed supply, & inventory management • Coordinating seed processing and shipments to support field trial activities across the globe • Accurately forecasting field resource requirements

As a member of Product Delivery my main role is two fold: to support existing applications and launch new applications to Monsanto scientists. As a coordinator, I manage business relationships with key pipeline stakeholders to ensure a complete launch of all R&D IT software solutions.- Coordinating the regulatory CA team to enable successful, error free planting seasons- Liaison responsibilities between software development teams and research teams- Planning and running user training sessions involving Monsanto scientists- Organizing and running UAT’s (user acceptance testing) sessions to obtain valuable pre-release feedback- Coordinating training and support knowledge base skills with world-wide support teams

Mini Med School is a great program that allows high school seniors to experience 1 week of simulated medical school. I was lucky enough to be selected as one of the 6 yearly counselors to organize and run this program.

I worked here for almost a year between undergrad and medical school. My duties included: Measured patient vital signs, drew blood for daily labs, kept patients clean and comfortable, assisted nurses with patient care.

I was basically an undergraduate TA for the course Animal Physiology. I set up the lab for the students weekly course work, lectured them on relevent material, and graded their lecture tests.

I worked at El Centro San Yves for my "Senior Project" and St. Louis University High School. Essentially missionary work, I worked with 5 other students and a teacher to care for malnurished children in Honduras for one month. In short, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life.
