Initial project was delivered on-schedule and on-budget ($75,000). o Developed, wrote and integrated HTML documents that served as on-line help links for employees enrolling in the new online benefit enrollment system. The detailed information reduced call center volume during open enrollment where originally additional staff was planned for but not needed. o Developed, wrote, specified and successfully negotiated new employee benefit enrollment data exchange with CIGNA, BlueCross/BlueShield, Prudential, Delta Dental and other health care providers.
