Required re-building broken relationships and communications between the technical and business units (IT and Human Resources).HRIS Project ManagerProject managed the development and deployment of a new enterprise benefit enrollment system for eligibleemployees (over 3,000). Led and collaborated in various development projects for human resource enterprisesystems, including PeopleSoft, ProBusiness and other employee and manager self-service web-based informationtools. o Project managed the development and deployment of a new benefit enrollment system for over 3,000 employees that saved an estimated $125,000 in overhead costs. Project managed later system enhancements and re-deployments in subsequent benefit enrollment periods.
