These duties include: Initiate, develop and produce content for Exempla's new career web portal and human resource materials. Content development included performing personal employee, clinical management, and executive interviews, integrating corporate branding and messaging into career portal, and development and writing of training and process documentation for browser-based applicant tracking system. o Assisted in the development, design, and deployment of Exempla's career portal. o Combined interviews and research to develop and produce over 400 department-specific summaries used as part of the job descriptions.

Required re-building broken relationships and communications between the technical and business units (IT and Human Resources).HRIS Project ManagerProject managed the development and deployment of a new enterprise benefit enrollment system for eligibleemployees (over 3,000). Led and collaborated in various development projects for human resource enterprisesystems, including PeopleSoft, ProBusiness and other employee and manager self-service web-based informationtools. o Project managed the development and deployment of a new benefit enrollment system for over 3,000 employees that saved an estimated $125,000 in overhead costs. Project managed later system enhancements and re-deployments in subsequent benefit enrollment periods. Initial project was delivered on-schedule and on-budget ($75,000). o Developed, wrote and integrated HTML documents that served as on-line help links for employees enrolling in the new online benefit enrollment system. The detailed information reduced call center volume during open enrollment where originally additional staff was planned for but not needed. o Developed, wrote, specified and successfully negotiated new employee benefit enrollment data exchange with CIGNA, BlueCross/BlueShield, Prudential, Delta Dental and other health care providers. New guidelines and agreements saved over an estimated $50,000 in internal labor costs in the first year as well as well as decreasing provider inaccuracies.
