I have 25 plus years of logistics background and would like to focus my future endeavors on developing new skills and growing as a leader.I moved my career path from Warehouse/Logistics to Field Management help with my personal development as a leader and by changing direction over the last 7 years it has opened up new perspective on management and training techniques.Working in a big box store setting has given me opportunity to grow and develop Associates/Team members for future growth with the company's I have been involved in, and the success i have seen as they grow brings pride to me, knowing the difference I have made for succession.Over the last 7 years I have been in the role of Project Manager and this career move has given me the tools to react to a wide variety of situations that use my particular skill set to adapt and overcome multiple challenges that a jobsite faces daily. Being able to react and look for solutions that meet both the needs of the business and the needs of the client make this a very challenging and rewarding experience.Part of being a positive mentor is working on ones interpersonal communication, and accountability, with these key tools you can make differences in team members growth and create a positive work environment.As a leader we not only lead and develop new talent but we have the responsibility to be a positive mentor.
