Invented this new to the market cleaning tool that has 6:1 consumer preference vs. competitors and #1 market share. Key member of Clorox ReadyMop Tool development team, responsible for testing and design changes to insure consumer delight, initial quality and long term durability (FMEA). ReadyMop sales were 300% of plan (17M units). Initial quality defect rate was 0.07%. Partnered with Marketing to develop a promotional sales system which sold 220% of plan and increased sales of non-promoted product 300%. System became a corporate best practice and won a major Industry award.
