 Led Clorox ToiletWand Tool development team from concept to completion of engineering. Invented this new to the market cleaning tool that has 6:1 consumer preference vs. competitors and #1 market share.  Key member of Clorox ReadyMop Tool development team, responsible for testing and design changes to insure consumer delight, initial quality and long term durability (FMEA). ReadyMop sales were 300% of plan (17M units). Initial quality defect rate was 0.07%. Partnered with Marketing to develop a promotional sales system which sold 220% of plan and increased sales of non-promoted product 300%. System became a corporate best practice and won a major Industry award.

 Lead Project Engineer combining 2 old packaging lines, into a single high speed 7/24 packaging line in a new plant. Introduced multiple design and equipment innovations. Immersed the production team in the design process to bring their needs to life, creating ownership and enthusiasm through the project. Solved significant and long standing operational, product quality and safety problems. Line achieved a near vertical start-up, on fast track schedule and a tight budget.70% Monthly efficiency at 2 months after start-up. 92% monthly efficiency at 8 months.
