Started a manufacturer representative business focused on the commercial structural steel fireproofing business. The structural fireproofing products initially included Intumescent and Cementitious fireproofing products. Over the past 20 years, T&M has grown to represent additional manufacturers of both spray and acoustical insulation materials as well as thermal insulation materials. The current geographical coverage generally spans from Maine to Virginia, but is not only limited to the Northeast.

Progressively promoted from Regional Salesman to National Sales Management Position over 13 years within the passive structural steel fire protection business. Over the course of those years, moved from commercial to industrial fire protection business markets as product lines expanded and grew.
