I served as an instructor for four sections of English composition.

I was lead copywriter and communications strategist for most of the company's internal communications efforts. Major initiatives for which I provided communications strategy, messaging and leadership included cultural change management during our move into a new headquarters facility, integration communications during a major acquisition and the renovation of our on-boarding process for new employees. I also provided public relations support for local media and helped build our brand image in the Black Hills region.

I wrote and edited branding publications for The Sanford School of Medicine and the USD School of Health Sciences. I also handled media relations duties (press releases, pitching stories, etc.) as needed. Additionally, I participated in marketing initiatives, produced content and provided editing services for all University of South Dakota publications.

Wrote and edited all alumni publications. Managed and maintained web and social media presence. Wrote, shot and edited video projects. Coordinated and produced event and membership marketing campaigns.

Created marketing campaigns, from concept to execution. Completed work on major product lines such as behavioral health, breast cancer care and the Avera Womens' Center.
