Provided oversight and support of structural decisions required in the construction of a large mixed-use development; structures included a 24-story tower, a 6-story, and a 2 level steel building. Coordinated all structural subcontractors with contract values in excess of $50 million. Partnered with the architect and consulting engineers to resolve conflicts, constructability issues and design questions. Reviewed all submitted trade drawings for compliance with the contract documents. Negotiated contract change orders with subcontractors and with the project owner.
