2005-2011 & 2014Decatur HS Lacrosse was a new program in 2005. I incrementally taught advanced defensive schemes to a group of young players. We were JV only during our first two season.Our first varsity season, we made the playoffs -- at a time when only 2 teams per region made the playoffs. As defensive coordinator, I run 3 base man to man defenses and 1 situational even-man zone. In addition, there are nuances added to the schemes, such as calls to cutoff a specific player. Defensive schemes are adjusted based on year-to-year personnel and game-game matchups.

Served as primary J2EE architect for high priority sales initiative. Primary responsibilites includes team lead of 10-15 developers, lead implementor, technology SME, distributed cache specialist, parallel computing implementation expert, and performance optimization expert. Worked with business liasons to provide IT initiated concepts and solutions to real world problems. As an example, proposed, conceptualized, and delivered hand-held sales application for offline sales on islands. This application became the foundation for electronic show tickets on the ships.
