Better processes and real-time data led to a revenue increase of over 20% year over year. Completed a migration of on-premise systems and data to Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform.  Led the project to migrate the organization to Office 365, including a new SharePoint platform. Initiated and oversaw the migration of our current Kronos HRIS / Payroll platform to a cloud‐based infrastructure. Also functioned as Chief Information Security Officer.
