I am an executive coach to c-level and founders at early stage companies pursuing ambitious goals and the founder of LionPoint Coaching. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, I served as an officer and Apache pilot with the 101st Airborne Division during combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.Following graduation from Columbia Business School, I served in executive, management, and strategy roles for Bridgewater Associates and Booz & Company, and as a C-level Executive Coach with Talentism starting in 2016. I founded LionPoint Coaching in 2020, taking my natural next step in a personal and professional life grounded in service to others. LionPoint has allowed me to formalize my vision for leader-centric, results-targeted potential building.As an executive coach, I have spent many years partnering with leaders across some of the fastest growing businesses and industries. I have conducted hundreds of one-on-one sessions with C-level executives and founders of pre-IPO companies, worked with founders tasked with rapidly expanding their teams while preserving their culture and vision, and coached multiple asset management executives as they invest in early-stage companies and play lead roles as board members. My work helps executives accomplish their most valued personal and professional goals in a way that is true to who they are as people and leaders. I am a New York native and make my home in the Boston area with my wife and daughter, and I readily acknowledge that my most important role as a coach is being a father.
