Responsible for driving net new IT business across a broad regional area. Building solution and service plans to help grow into new territories and customer verticles.

Direct management of 10 Field Sales Reps covering 7 States for HP’s Public Sectors PSG Group. Sales Responsibilities includes all State, Local, K12, and Higher Education accounts. Priorities included growing HP’s market share/revenue across all segments, margin control/growth in all accounts, customer service, personnel development, market strategy, C-level interaction, maintenance of both State and National contracts, and product transitions.

Responsible for driving both new in incremental business into Fortune 250 and above size accounts within both the Central and Great Lakes Districts of HP. Eventually provided the same goal-based incentives for the Great Lakes and Mid Atlantic Districts in Public Sector.

Responsible for driving sales within the Personal Systems platform of HP. Accounts consisted of both Corporate and Enterprise Fortune 500 and above level customers. Responsible for driving revenue and loyalty within those same accounts; at the same time, hunting new opportunities through “C” level decision makers.
