SUMMARY: NPI engineering manager for burners, valves, actuators, ratio control, and flame monitoring. Responsible for engineering, supervising, directing and coordinating a team of engineers, designers, technicians and model makers to execute the business strategy, planning, and project deliverables. Achieve $4M annually in incremental revenue growth thru NPI.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Serve as the primary technical contact and communicate cross functionally with program management, manufacturing, purchasing, finance, marketing, sales and quality.• Execute the NPI process and meet corporate goals on cost, budget, and delivery.• Work as design engineer on certain areas/components as required.• Act in a Program, Project or Product Leadership role as required.• Develop and manage AOP budget of $2M/yr. Quickly identified and implemented design changes to an existing product line to resolve combustion induced vibration problems that would have exposed the company to substantial damage claims. Highly experienced in process applications for boilers, air heating, process heating, and incineration in the power generation, food, pharmaceutical, and HVAC industries.
